Any problems concerning late or lost delivery would need to be addressed with the Postal Service and not Phoenix Graphics. Please contact your local Post Office with your Tracking Information.
Should you order arrive damaged, you would need to take the item and package to your local Post Office and file a claim for the damage.
If your order is returned to us by the Postal Service due to “Incorrect Address Provided By The Customer”, “No Such Number”, “Unable To Forward”, “Incomplete Address”, or other related issues there will be an additional shipping charge to re-ship the order.

Embroidery Items are Not Stock Items, they are “Custom Made” per your order, for that reason “
All Returns are Charged A 20% Stocking Fee

Embroidery items are returnable as long as they are still
“New, Unwashed, Unworn, Unstretched, and Unscented (colognes / perfumes, etc.)”.
Refund amount is for the Purchase Price of the Item minus the “Actual Shipping Charges”.
This includes items that were shipped with FREE Shipping, the actual Shipping Charges will be deducted from any Refund Issued.
Any Embroidered item being returned for a Refund or Exchange,
Must Be Received Within 14 Days from the date of delivery
Any item received after the 14 Day Period Will Not Be Accepted and Will Be Returned to the customer.
